Where is your fabric from?
HoneyBunny Fleece is always looking for new and innovative fleece. We are proud to introduce to you Winterfleece™. As the benchmark in Winterfleece™ design, all Winterfleece™ products come with an exclusive Velour Finish. This exclusive Velour Finish goes a step beyond being just anti-pill. Velour Finish means that these products have extra loft, densely packed fibers, and a smooth texture that regular anti-pill lacks. This Velour Finish makes Winterfleece™ even more anti-pill resistant than any other fleece on the market. Our other fabrics have been carefully selected for quality and durability.

How do you care for your products?
Our fleece products are machine wash warm, tumble dry low. It's best to wash with like fabrics. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Do not dry clean. Also, do not iron the fabric; it will lose its soft and fluffy feeling.

What is meant by car seat friendly?
As any new parent knows, car seat friendly refers to the ease of clothing to fit within the confines of a 5-point safety harness. Most new car seats for newborns, infants, and toddlers are designed with a 5-point harness, two straps over the shoulders, connecting to two straps around the hips, and one strap between the legs.

How do your sizes run?
Our fleece outerwear and clothing run a bit larger than compared to that at other stores. If you have any questions concerning our sizes, please don't hesitate to contact us during our normal business hours.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, HoneyBunny Fleece wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item with a copy of your invoice within 14 days for a refund or exchange. All discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. We cannot accept items that have been worn or washed. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns should be sent to:

We cannot accept claims for orders returned due to incorrect address information. HoneyBunny Fleece Company reserves the right to charge for any additional fees billed to us by the shipper for shipping or address corrections. How do I place an order?
To place an order, you can simply add the desired product by clicking "add to cart." This will bring you to PayPal.com, where you will be asked to securely enter your payment and shipping information. With PayPal, your billing information will remain confidential, even we don't see it!

Or you can phone, fax, or mail your order to us. We accept Visa & MasterCard.
You can print the order form and mail it with your credit card number, a check or money order, payable to HoneyBunny Fleece Company. Please mail your order and payment to the following address:

If you would like to place a custom order, please contact us. We will be happy to discuss the details and design an item to fit your needs. Once a design is approved, custom orders are charged on an hourly rate plus the cost of materials. An estimate of the project will be given and a 50% deposit is required to start an approved project. Final cost will be given and deposit will be subtracted from the total balance due.

Can I phone in my order?
Absolutely! We accept Visa & MasterCard. Just give us a call at 207-657-4801 during our business hours of 9am - 4pm EST or fax your order to (207) 657-4801.

What are your shipping charges?
Our Flat Rate shipping of $6.00 is for United States addresses only. International orders will be quoted a rate prior to shipping. Overnight Express shipping is available, just let us know and we will quote you a price.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders placed online will be sent shipping confirmation within 24 hours by email through PayPal. You should receive your order within 3-5 days from your order date. Orders paid by personal check/money order will also be confirmed by email within 24 hours of being received and shipped 3-5 days from date of check clearing (up to 10 days). Most orders are sent by the United State Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. We reserve the right to choose shipping method and carrier.

Do you offer any volume discounts?
